Publishing with Kratos-Sync

Kratos-Sync lets you prepare original content for your own social accounts. Sign in with Google to create your workspace.

1. Connect your account

Open Media Posting, then Connections. Choose Connect TikTok or Connect YouTube and authorise access on that platform. Check the account name after returning to Kratos-Sync. You can disconnect it here at any time.

2. Prepare a post

In the composer, choose your original video, select a connected destination and write a caption. Review the preview and cover frame. Captions can be edited separately for each destination.

3. Choose your TikTok settings

Check the creator name. Choose an audience from the visibility options your account offers; none is selected for you. Comments, Duet and Stitch start off. You can allow an interaction only if your TikTok account settings permit it. Photo posts have comments only.

If your content promotes a business, brand, product or service, enable the disclosure setting. Choose Your brand for your own business, Branded content for a third party, or both. Kratos-Sync shows the label that will appear. Branded content cannot use Only me visibility.

Review TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation and, when applicable, its Branded Content Policy before confirming the post. Your video must fit the duration limit returned for your account.

4. Publish, schedule or save

Review your media, caption, destination and settings. Select Post now and confirm, or choose Later and confirm your schedule. Draft saves the post inside Kratos-Sync; it does not send a draft to the TikTok inbox.

TikTok may take a few minutes to process a post before it appears on your profile. Check the post status before retrying. If TikTok reports a posting limit or an unavailable setting, resolve that message before submitting again.

5. Check performance and manage access

The dashboard shows available performance figures for your connected accounts. Use Connections to disconnect an account. Disconnecting does not remove content already published on TikTok; manage those posts in TikTok itself.

Current TikTok availability

Direct Post production access is under review. Before TikTok completes its audit, posting is restricted to eligible test users with private accounts and Only me visibility. Public publishing requires TikTok approval.
