Privacy Policy

Kratos is an internal content-publishing tool operated by P10X. It is used by our own staff to prepare marketing articles and publish them, together with their images and captions, to websites and social media accounts that we own — currently 3M Pro Shop, Quad Film and CarCheck.

Kratos is not a consumer product. There is no public sign-up: accounts are created only for our own team members.

What we store

When a staff member connects one of our social media accounts to Kratos, we store:

• The account's identifier, display name and profile picture, so the dashboard can show which account a post will be published to.
• An access token and refresh token issued by that platform, encrypted at rest. These let Kratos publish on that account's behalf and are never displayed in the interface.
• The content we schedule — captions, images and videos — along with the time it was posted and the resulting post link.

We do not collect information about the people who view or interact with our posts, and we do not request access to follower lists, direct messages or private analytics.

How we use it

Solely to publish and schedule our own marketing content, and to show our team what was posted, when, and whether it succeeded. We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles of any individual.

Who can see it

Only authorised P10X staff, who sign in individually. Data is stored on servers operated by our infrastructure providers (Vercel for the application, Supabase for the database, Cloudinary for media), each acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Access tokens are kept until the connection is removed or the token is revoked. Published posts and their captions are kept as a record of what we published. Disconnecting an account from Kratos deletes its stored tokens immediately.

Revoking access

An account owner can disconnect at any time, either from within Kratos or from the platform's own settings — for TikTok, under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions. Access stops immediately, and any scheduled posts for that account stop with it.

Children

Kratos is an internal business tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update it here and revise the date above.
