The Kratos-Sync publishing workspace
Last updated 13 October 2026
Kratos-Sync helps creators prepare and publish original content to social accounts they own or are authorised to manage. Sign in with Google to create a personal workspace. Personal connections and posts belong to that member; the P10X team uses a separate brand workspace.

Connections: choose where you publish
Connect TikTok or YouTube through the platform’s authorisation screen. Kratos-Sync shows the connected account name before you post. Your social password is entered only on that platform, never in Kratos-Sync. Disconnecting removes the connection; it does not delete content already published on the platform.
Posting: prepare your content
- Media. Choose up to ten photos or one video. Preview the file and review format checks. If a supported conversion is available, the app explains the change and asks before converting.
- Where. Select connected destinations. For TikTok, the app retrieves the creator nickname, permitted audiences, interaction restrictions and maximum video duration.
- Caption. Write and edit your caption and inspect the preview. Different destinations can have their own captions.
- Review. Inspect the media, account and caption. TikTok visibility has no default. Comments, Duet, Stitch and commercial disclosure start off. Review the relevant music and branded-content policy links before confirming.
Scheduling and drafts
Post now, choose a later time or save a draft in Kratos-Sync. A saved draft is not a TikTok inbox upload. A scheduled post uses the choices you confirmed; account restrictions are checked again when it is sent. You can inspect upcoming posts in Scheduling.
Status and recovery
The app reports each destination separately. TikTok can continue processing after accepting a post, so Kratos-Sync checks its status. For a failed destination, inspect the explanation and suggested fix before retrying. Check TikTok itself if a result is uncertain so you do not create a duplicate.
Dashboard
See available performance figures for your connected accounts, such as views, likes, comments and shares. Metrics depend on the platform’s permissions and data availability. A private TikTok test post may not return a public video identifier or public metrics.
Platform availability
TikTok Direct Post production access is undergoing review. Until TikTok approves access, its private-account, test-user and Only me restrictions apply. YouTube requires an authorised channel. Facebook, Instagram and Threads connections for outside members are not offered while their reviews are pending.
Your control
Kratos-Sync does not add its logo or a promotional watermark to your uploads. Only upload content you have permission to publish. You choose destinations and confirm each post or schedule.
