Terms of Service

These terms cover Kratos, an internal content-publishing tool operated by P10X. Kratos is used by our own staff to prepare marketing articles and publish them, with their images and captions, to websites and social media accounts that we own.

Who may use it

Access is limited to authorised P10X team members. There is no public sign-up, and accounts are issued and removed by us. You are responsible for the activity carried out under your account.

Connected accounts

Kratos publishes only to social media and website accounts that we own and that have been explicitly connected by an authorised team member. Connecting an account authorises Kratos to publish content to it on our behalf. Access can be withdrawn at any time, either from within Kratos or from the platform's own app-permission settings.

Content

We are responsible for the content we publish through Kratos and for it complying with the rules of each platform we publish to, including their community guidelines and advertising and branded content policies. Some content is drafted with the assistance of AI tools and is reviewed by a person before publication.

Acceptable use

Kratos must not be used to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights, nor to post to accounts we do not own or are not authorised to manage. We do not use it for automated engagement, artificial amplification, or bulk unsolicited messaging.

Availability

Kratos is provided for internal use as-is, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party platforms and can be delayed or rejected by them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the tool changes. The current version always appears here with its revision date.
