Kratos-Sync Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern Kratos-Sync (the “Service”) at www.kratos-sync.space, operated by P10X. Kratos-Sync lets you connect social media accounts you own and upload, schedule and publish videos to them from one place. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

Anyone with a Google account who is old enough to hold the social media accounts they connect. You are responsible for activity carried out under your Kratos-Sync account, and for keeping your Google sign-in secure.

Your accounts

You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Connecting an account lets Kratos-Sync publish to it — but only when you press Post or schedule a post yourself, with the visibility and settings you chose. Kratos-Sync never posts on its own. You can disconnect an account at any time, from within Kratos-Sync or from the platform's own app-permission settings, and access stops immediately.

Your content

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission only to store it and transmit it to the platforms and accounts you chose, and to show it back to you. You are responsible for your content complying with the rules of each platform you publish to — including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy, and the YouTube Terms of Service — and with the law. Where a platform requires a disclosure, such as for commercial content, you make it in Kratos-Sync before posting.

Acceptable use

Kratos-Sync must not be used to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights; to post to accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage; or for automated engagement, artificial amplification, spam, or bulk unsolicited messaging. We may suspend or close an account used in these ways.

Platform limits

Each platform sets its own rules on what can be posted, how often, and who can see it, and may restrict or remove content on its side. Kratos-Sync passes on what the platform reports and cannot override those decisions. Storage for uploaded video is limited per account and shown in the app.

P10X brand accounts

P10X staff use Kratos-Sync under these same terms to publish to accounts owned by P10X and its brands. Those accounts are visible only to the team members who manage them.

Availability

Kratos-Sync is provided as-is, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party platforms and can be delayed or rejected by them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the service.

Ending

You can stop using Kratos-Sync at any time by disconnecting your accounts, and can ask us to delete your Kratos-Sync account and its personal data in Profile settings or by email. Account deletion is permanent once confirmed. Personal access stops immediately; storage cleanup follows as described in the Privacy Policy. Already published social posts and shared company work are not deleted by this action. We may end access for a breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the tool changes. The current version always appears here with its revision date.
